today had muay thai lesson after so long.. it was great.. it was such a great work out after such a long time.. then went to amos' bbq after listening to what he said bout the altar in my house and all it kinda scare me abit.. and i think i really have to do sth bout it.. hmmm.. today was yet another great day with the others..
